amazing stay at a brand new accommodation in Thongsala. Large, clean rooms with comfy beds and a big walk-in shower. Owners were friendly and fixed an electricity issue quickly. Easy access to explore the island by bike. Great sleep, wish we booked longer. Beach access, pool, and Netflix. Highly recommend.

Great pool, free parking, lovely garden. Perfect base to explore Koh Phangan. So many amenities and top-notch service, it's like living in a luxury resort. How can anyone resist?

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service always prompt and attentive. The room amenities, including the air conditioning and cozy sitting area, made my stay even more comfortable. I loved spending time on the terrace, with its beautiful view and dining table. The hotel also had a stunning outdoor swimming pool, with beach access just a few steps away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my colleagues, had a very lovely stay. The staff was affable and exceptionally kind and the owner too. I had a double room to ourselves with Netflix, a balcony/terrace plus excellent WiFi. The service was great and the pool was nice.

the location is marvellous, 1 mile from tong sala beach. it is away from hustle and bustle in the really quiet area.

The bungalows and apartments are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The private pools and the main infinity pool offer a stunning view of the beach. The staff is helpful and offers pick-up and drop-off services. Motorbike rental is available without fees or the need to leave a passport.

No complaints whatsoever, I would stay there again. This is surely the best brand-new hotel, friendly and attentive staff, brand-new rooms. The location is good in a very quite area, not far from the beach side, the white sandy beach, and markets, restaurants, gym, laundry service bars, shops.

The hotel is situated down a dark road without any lights, giving a spooky vibe at night that may make you feel uncomfortable. Although near the sea, it's far away from the main streets, hard to find and have to travel on the bad road. The view from the room is excellent overlooking the sea and the pool. The room was spacious and had large windows that let in enough light giving a soothing feel. The staff was helpful and kind enough to take us to the city center.

The breakfast had limited options and bland taste, it was not worth the price we paid for it.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and even offered to drive us to the pier without extra charges. The location was great, situated next to a quiet beach, but still close enough to shops and restaurants.

Peaceful atmosphere: The property's peaceful atmosphere was so calming, it felt like stepping into a zen garden. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

Noisy neighbors: Although we had our private space and pool, there was a shared wall with our neighbors. Unfortunately, they were quite loud, which disrupted our peace and quiet at times.

We had a great time during our stay. The villa was sparkling clean, and the pool was maintained daily. The location was convenient, with a variety of markets, restaurants, and shops within a 10-minute scooter ride. We especially enjoyed the quiet beach at night.

The road leading to the villa could be improved, but it wasn't a big issue. while the staff was friendly, we encountered a language barrier with some of them.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the great amenities offered, including a private pool and spacious room with comfortable bed. The location was convenient as it was only a short distance from the pier and local shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly staff who offered free rides and made communication easy.

Our stay was not without its drawbacks as we experienced noise disturbances from neighboring apartments. the apartment shared a wall with the neighbor's apartment, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our private space.

We stayed at Samutra Residences for a week and it was a truly peaceful and pleasant experience. The bungalow by the pool with a sea view was just perfect. The owner went above and beyond by picking us up from the ferry for free, and the daily cleaning service was exceptional, even the windows were spotless. The resort's peaceful atmosphere, along with the option to rent scooters on-site, made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return if we visit Ko Phangan again.
